Brother Knights, Light of the World will be holding its annual Pro Life 5K run/walk this year on 7/22 at 8am. Here are the details:

-Proceeds from the race will be used to assist in the purchase of an ultrasound machine for a pregnancy crisis center in Colorado as part of the Knights of Columbus Ultrasound Initiative Program. 

-The race starts at 8am

-A free pancake breakfast is provided afterwards

-All participants receive a t shirt

-A free kids fun run (12 and under) will be held following the 5k
