Council 539 Denver Gives 300 Kids New Winter Coats

KofC 539 Denver provided and distributed approximately 300 coats to the students of Annunciation and St Francis de Sales Catholic schools, as well as the residents of Mount Saint Vincent. It was assisted in this effort by KofC Councils 3340 Dr. Earl C. Bach and 16192 Annunciation. Through the Supreme KofC “Coats for Kids” program, 1,780 local councils distributed 87,906 coats to kids in need in 2016 during the month of October. Since the program began in 2009, nearly 400,000 coats have been distributed. The members of Knights of Columbus Council 539 are honored to assist our community through this free service.
